How True AV produced the three-day Kellogg Business Development Summit, flawless general sessions, new LED video walls, and a concert-grade band night, for a room of 350+ agents at the Salt Palace.
Kellogg Insurance, a brokerage under a national parent, brought True AV back to produce its Business Development Summit: three days built to train, motivate, and celebrate the company's broker-agents, all wrapped in a bold America's-250th “America & Freedom” theme.
The brief carried the tension corporate planners lose sleep over. It had to be flawless in front of a room full of leadership, clear sound, sharp screens, no technical drama, and it had to be genuinely exciting. In the client's own words: they didn't want anyone falling asleep.
By day: general sessions and breakout rooms, keynotes, an on-brand set. On one night: a live band. Corporate precision and a concert, from one team.
The setup had to serve a buttoned-up corporate program and a full live band, without the room ever feeling the seam.
We scaled a single sound system to the band from the start, then brought it down to cover the corporate program cleanly. Most corporate-only shops can't flip between these two worlds. It's exactly where True AV's roots show.

Shooting a camera at a video wall creates problems most crews don't see coming, a white-balance mismatch between the wall and the stage wash, plus refresh-rate interference (at one point an attendee's shirt began to shimmer on screen). Without stopping the show, Taylor held an even, film-correct wash while Josh and Marley worked the camera's white balance and settings until it cleaned up.
The audience never knew there was anything to fix, which is the whole point.
