Kellogg Insurance β a brokerage under a national parent β brought True AV back to produce its Business Development Summit: three days built to train, motivate, and celebrate the company's broker-agents, all wrapped in a bold America's-250th βAmerica & Freedomβ theme.
The brief carried the tension corporate planners lose sleep over. It had to be flawless in front of a room full of leadership β clear sound, sharp screens, no technical drama β and it had to be genuinely exciting. In the client's own words: they didn't want anyone falling asleep.
By day: general sessions and breakout rooms, keynotes, an on-brand set. On one night: a live band. Corporate precision and a concert, from one team.
The setup had to serve a buttoned-up corporate program and a full live band β without the room ever feeling the seam.
We scaled a single sound system to the band from the start β then brought it down to cover the corporate program cleanly. Most corporate-only shops can't flip between these two worlds. It's exactly where True AV's roots show.

Shooting a camera at a video wall creates problems most crews don't see coming β a white-balance mismatch between the wall and the stage wash, plus refresh-rate interference (at one point an attendee's shirt began to shimmer on screen). Without stopping the show, Taylor held an even, film-correct wash while Josh and Marley worked the camera's white balance and settings until it cleaned up.
The audience never knew there was anything to fix β which is the whole point.
