Signature service

One team, from the first note to load-out.

We're the rare production company that does the buttoned-up corporate program AND a real live band on the same stage — with one accountable producer, so there's never a band-vs-AV finger-point.

Why it matters

Most AV companies can't mix a band.

Mixing a live band is a craft — dozens of inputs, in-ear monitors, and a mix cooked up on the fly. It's where True AV comes from: 4,000+ bands mixed and a decade touring as a production manager before we ever hung a corporate keynote.

That means we can deliver a flawless general session by day and turn the same stage into a concert by night — the exact thing corporate-only shops get wrong. One producer owns the whole show, so nothing falls between the cracks.

FAQ

Questions planners ask

Do you provide the band, or just the production?

We produce the event — sound, lighting, staging and video — and we work seamlessly with your band or ours. We can also recommend trusted bands and DJs from years of touring relationships.

Can you run a corporate keynote and a live band on the same stage?

Yes — that's our specialty. We scale one system to the band and bring it down for the presentations, then change the stage over for the show. It's the thing most corporate AV companies can't do well.

What's an in-ear monitor setup and do we need it?

In-ears give each performer their own clean mix and keep the stage quiet for a better front-of-house sound. For most corporate-and-band events we recommend them; we'll spec what your act needs.

How big a PA do we need?

It depends on the room and headcount — we scale it. A PA sized for the band always covers the speaking portion cleanly, so you're never underpowered for the show.
