Bluffdale is home. Our shop sits at 14637 S 3200 W, close to where I-15, Bangerter Highway and Mountain View Corridor converge. That is why we keep our gear here: every Salt Lake County and Utah County venue is a short drive.

The city itself is small, rural in feel and full of young families, so most local events are community celebrations like Old West Days. We are glad to run a park concert down the road, and we will tell you plainly when your event belongs in a larger venue in a nearby city.

What makes Bluffdale different for events

Old West Days

Bluffdale's western heritage celebration. In 2026 it included an RMPRA rodeo July 16 to 18 at the Bluffdale Equestrian Park, a Bluffdale Arts theater production, a pickleball tournament, Party in the Park, and an August 8 parade and Family Festival with live music.

Horse country on the river

The name comes from the bluffs and dales along the Jordan River, and the city incorporated in 1978. Trail routes serve horses, bikes and walkers, including a stretch of the Jordan River Parkway Trail, with wide views of both the Wasatch and Oquirrh ranges.

Young and growing fast

Bluffdale went from 7,598 people in 2010 to 17,014 in 2020, with a median age of 27.8. Events lean toward families and neighbors rather than conferences.

Drive-in only

No transit stops in the city: FrontRunner passes through without stopping, so guests drive. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 28 miles north, and Camp Williams sits just south.

Private venues with strong event teams, great rooms and a smooth load-in. The kind of places where the production side just works.

Straight answer: no private venue in Bluffdale meets our bar for corporate events or galas. The private options are small community halls without enough published detail to rate. For a bigger room, look a few minutes away: Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, America First Field and Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy, or The Ballpark at America First Square and Embassy Suites in South Jordan.

Before you book in Bluffdale

✓ The Wardle Fields pavilions have six outlets each. That covers a speech or background music; a band or lit stage needs a generator or separate power.
✓ Guests will drive, since there is no transit stop in Bluffdale. Plan parking and clear signage at the park or arena.
✓ Old West Days runs from mid-July into early August, so check the city calendar before booking a summer date at the equestrian park or main park.
✓ If your event needs a ballroom, theater or full catering, start your search in Draper, Sandy and South Jordan. That is where the professional rooms are.
